Welcome to OCDRecoveryCenters.com. This Web site is owned and operated by Dr. Christian Komor, Psy. D., Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA. Also owned and covered under this agreement are OCDRecoveryCenter.com and MindBodyConsult.com. Any reference in this document to "OCDRecoveryCenters.com" will imply the other two domains. All references to "OCD Recovery Center" will include and imply the "Mind/Body Consultant Services", "OCD Recovery Centers of America", and "Dr. Christian Komor" in this agreement.

This Web site and its contents are designed to comply with U.S. laws and regulations.

1. Acceptance. By using OCDRecoveryCenters.com, you agree to be bound by and to comply with this Terms of Use Agreement. OCD Recovery Center reserves the right to change these terms from time to time, as it deems to be necessary. We will always post notice of those changes, and the date that they become effective, within the current Terms of Use Agreement on the Web site. You may view the current applicable version of this Terms of Use Agreement at any time through a link at the bottom of each page within this Web site.

2. Medical Information/Conditions. While there may be information on this Web site related to certain medical conditions and their treatment, should a medical condition exist, you should see a licensed medical provider to discuss your condition. You should not diagnose yourself from any information contained on this website. It is provided so you have a starting point to talking with your health provider and as a reference for Dr. Komor's current, past and prospective patients.

3. Description of Services. This Web site contains material about the OCD Recovery Center and its various services. Certain sections of this Web site are intended for particular audiences including OCD Recovery Center's patients and prospective patients, as well as to members of the health care community and the general public. Please feel free to browse this Web site, as appropriate. Your access to and use of the information contained herein is subject to this Terms of Use Agreement and all applicable laws. 6. Confidential Information. All doctor-patient information is kept strictly confidential when a patient signs a new patient contract with the OCD Recovery Center. Doctor-patient information is kept strictly confidential and will only be shared if there is a legal obligation and/or warrant to do so. Doctor-Patient information is not stored on the internet and is not related to the web site. The greatest care will be taken in preserving patient confidentiality. For more information about Doctor-Patient confidentiality you may review the new patient information when signing a contract with the OCD Recovery Center. The OCD Recovery Center is not responsible for security of e-mail messages on the internet and other networks or security measures of which the OCD Recovery center has no control.

7. Links to Other Web sites. OCDRecoveryCenters.com contains links to other Internet Web sites. OCD Recovery Center assumes no responsibility for the content of non-OCD Recovery Center Internet Web sites to which we provide links.

9. Consequences. OCD Recovery Center reserves the right to suspend or terminate your provider account if you violate the Terms of Use Agreement. If your violation causes harm to others, you agree to indemnify and hold OCD Recovery Center harmless from and against any and all loss, damage, or expense. If any dispute arises between us regarding this Agreement or your use of OCDRecoveryCenters.com, it shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If such efforts prove unsuccessful, all such controversies, claims, or disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C., §1 et seq. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration award shall be final and binding, and it may be confirmed and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall pay for all attorney fees it incurred in connection with the arbitration and shall share equally in the costs of the arbitration. The venue for any arbitration shall be Michigan.

10. Copyright. No information, coding, images or other part of this web site or the information included on this web site may be reproduced or transmitted by any means, electronic or mechanical, including printing, photocopying, or recording or by any information storage and retrieval system without permission from the author.
