Introduction to the Mind/Body Consultant Services Personal Healthcare Protocols

Since the early 1980's Mind/Body Consultant Services has been reviewing and evaluating research findings in the psychological and complementary healthcare fields. Much of this research has been compiled into basic protocols for use by our patients. These protocols give specific research-based education concerning the use of psychological self-care procedures, psychoactive medicinal herbs, and other technologies and procedures for mind/body healthcare.

If you decide to utilize educational information from these protocols in making informed choices for your psychological and, or physical healthcare keep in mind that new findings may have emerged in the research literature which alter or invalidate the information provided at this site. In addition, you should always seek out other sources of information so that your healthcare decisions are not based solely on one source of data. Finally, always consult with your physician or primary healthcare provider before undertaking any procedure which will have an impact on your physical status.
